HOW TO APPLY:
For 2011, I'm only accepting affiliate marketers who run trading related sites based in the US/UK/Canada (and select others by invitation only), since those are the countries in which I have legal representation and law enforcement contacts in case of any problems or affiliate fraud attempts. My traders' safety and security is a top priority for me, and so I want to make sure I'm only working with legitimate affiliates to represent the ETF Mastery system.

To start the application process, please fill out the form that will appear when you click the "Support" tab at the top left of this page.

Please include the following:

1. Your name and email address with domain name included, as in ken@forexfirepower.com.
Do *not* use an anonymous email (no hotmail/gmail/yahoo/etc), or your request will be completely ignored.

You must include an email that includes your domain, as in you@yoursite.com, which will be manually checked against the global whois registry to ascertain that you're based in the US/UK/Canada. Your IP address will also be checked, to verify your geographic location is US/UK/Canada-based, and we may require a token $1 identity-verification payment via paypal to confirm your identity, for acceptance into the affiliate program.

2. Also include your full name in addition to the website(s) you would propose marketing the course from (which must be wholly-owned by you). Note that we prohibit ppc advertising using our trademark phrases, and any "review" sites, or any sites that look materially similar to ours, from participating, among other restrictions; and require that all of your leads by double-opt in confirmed, per CAN-SPAM compliance laws. Further, you consent that we may run a background check on you (at our expense), including but not limited to criminal background, credit history, and SEC/CFTC/FTC/NFA and other checks as we deem fit, to screen out potentially harmful affiliates, and accept that we may decline your application for any reason we deem necessary.

We use 1ShoppingCart for our affiliate marketing program, which also takes paypal. We pay via paypal and that's how our system is managed, via 1SC/Paypal (we can send checks as well, as an alternate to paypal).
